Welcome to Big Bingo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Big Bingo platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Big Bingo is a social media management platform that enables individuals and businesses to connect social media accounts, schedule and publish content, manage comments, monitor analytics, collaborate with team members, and more. The Service currently supports, but is not limited to, integration with:

• Facebook (Pages and Profiles)
• Instagram (Business and Creator accounts)
• WhatsApp Business
• Threads
• Meta Ads and Lead Forms
• LinkedIn (Personal and Pages)
• YouTube
• Google Business Profile
• Twitter / X

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue support for any third-party platform at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, fraudulent, or outdated information.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts. By doing so, you:

• Authorize Big Bingo to access, store, and use your social media account credentials and data as permitted by those platforms.
• Confirm that you are the authorized user of those social media accounts, or have explicit permission to manage them.
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
• Acknowledge that Big Bingo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party social media platform.

You may disconnect any social media account at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting an account does not automatically delete content already published through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service.
• Post, transmit, or distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Use the Service to conduct any form of automated social media manipulation, including but not limited to artificial follower growth or engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Big Bingo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Big Bingo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Subscription Plans and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date.
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription period selected.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Big Bingo is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of posts or messages published through the Service or for the consequences of publishing on third-party platforms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Bingo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Big Bingo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
